You Are Already Abundant - Yay!!
Hear and feel that deeply. It makes a difference what we believe; it changes how and waht we see and experience.
Abundance is perception - a way of seeing, feeling and interacting with our lives that allows us to experience everything around us as abundant. We remember how to appreciate the inherent value in all that we have, all that passes through our lives; and by doing so, we feel the richness of the life we are already living.
This isn’t about putting on “rose colored glasses”; but rediscovering and reconnecting to the meaning of things and becoming intimate with what brings us peace, joy and fulfillment.
True abundance doesn’t come from accumulation, of doing or having more—it is experienced through awareness. When you feel abundant, you see abundance everywhere. From that inner state, your thoughts, actions and creations naturally reflect overflow rather than lack. Who you are, what you think and what you feel is what you will perceive.
For me, it was finally understanding that nothing external, big and fancy, would ultimately fix or fill my feeling of lack; no material gain, recognition or bank balance would be enough to change what was really a lack of meaning in my life.
I learned to live in abundance by understanding and being constantly aware of what brought meaning, safety, love and joy into my life. The presence of wholeness, generosity, and ‘enoughness’ that had always been there become vibrant, tangible and my source for feeling full. Practicing awareness, acknowledgement and gratitude for all that already was opened up my spiritual path and led me to living in spiritual abundance.
These are some of the things that worked for me.

You will no longer be seeking abundance, you will see it all around you.
You will no longer be waiting for it, you will meet it through your perception.
You will no longer be grasping for it, you will receive it through unexpected sources.
You will be aligning with it by understanding and feeling that it already exists.
Embodying it to experience it.
1. Explore What Abundance Feels Like for You
What does abundance feel like in my body and heart?
What is it that I truly need to feel whole, full and blessed?
What is currently present in my life that brings that feeling closer to me?
Get intimate with yourself and these inquiries to really understand what Abundance means for you. The invitation is real.
2. Practice the Art of Appreciation
Gratitude amplifies abundance. Each time you pause to savor something you love, to give attention to something unexpected, to appreciate the value of something in your life, you allow yourself to be filled with the presence of what already is and your perception shifts from scarcity to sufficiency.
Journal it, Sing it, Express it out into the Universe in whatever way feels natural and celebratory for you and feel abundance grow in your heart.
3. Celebrate What’s Working
Each acknowledgment of success—big or small—anchors abundance into your awareness.
When you pause to celebrate yourself, you shift your focus from what’s missing to what’s thriving. Speak your wins aloud…literally “pat yourself on the back.” Let yourself feel proud and grateful. Celebration tells the universe: I see what’s good, and I’m ready for more.
4. Surround Yourself with Beauty and Meaning
Abundance is a sensory and perceptual experience. Create your environment so it mirrors what abundance feels like for you—comfort, peace, harmony - color, plants, music - friends, connection, love - whatever heightens your sense of being already abundant.
When your environment feels aligned and reflecting your sense of abundance, your nervous system relaxes into a state of natural abundance.
5. Give Freely, Without Expectation
Generosity affirms that there’s always more than enough to share.
Offer your time, creativity, or attention—without needing anything in return. A kind message, a thoughtful gesture, a donation, or simply listening fully to someone can expand your sense of abundance. Giving from the heart deepens trust in life’s natural reciprocity.
6. Let Nature Remind You of Life’s Overflow
Spend time outdoors and witness how effortlessly nature expresses abundance.
Flowers flourish and are not just beautiful...They ARE beauty . Not in competition with other flowers, but in full expression of themselves.
Trees trust their mission to grow, expand and provide.
Weather changes and shifts, expresses itself in mighty and delicate ways; providing energies that transform our environment.
Nature is the Universe’s expression of its great abundant plan, and can teach us how to trust and become more connected to it.
7. Trust the Flow of Life
True abundance carries a quiet trust that things will work out - that things ARE always working out for you. There is a divine plan in motion and it is in service of your highest evolution and good.
Challenges, detours and unexpected disappointments are all part of something greater.
An Abundant Mindset doesn’t panic or lose faith. Breathe, Accept, Trust and become even more present for what is…and be Grateful for it!
8. Honor Your Needs and Desires
Living abundantly means no longer putting your happiness on hold or treating your wellbeing as optional. Honoring yourself is abundance in action.
Each self-nourishing act sends a message of worthiness:
Rest without guilt.
Commit to doing more things that bring joy into your life.
Invest in your growth because you know you’re valuable.
Every moment of self-honoring whispers to the universe,
“I am enough. I am already abundant.”
The way you care for yourself teaches life how to care for you.
